Karla Blanco, is the author of three best-sellers, a leadership trainer, a coach, an international speaker (with three TEDx talks), and a consultant, creating strategies to amplify impact and drive organizational exponential success. With over twenty-six years of experience in corporate leadership within a Fortune 500 global corporation, she led global teams and initiatives in competitiveness, leadership, social impact, and inclusion.
She holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Costa Rica and a certification from Stanford University Business School. She is a fellow of the Aspen Institute, a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and a mentor for ""Vital Voices"" in Costa Rica. Recognized as one of the ""40 Under 40"" leaders in Costa Rica and as a transformational leader in the industry, she has received numerous awards, including the Exceptional Woman of Excellence award from the Women's Economic Forum.
Additionally, she has served on several Boards of Directors, demonstrating her commitment to various sectors. Karla lives in Arizona with her son Andrés, with the aim of positively impacting her community and the world.
