Is the conference virtual or in-person this year?

The 2025 PBWC Conference will be in-person at the San Jose Center for the Performing Arts. Each conference ticket also includes access to view conference speakers on-demand for a limited time following the event.

Do I have to be employed in a particular industry to attend, or can anyone buy a ticket?

PBWC welcomes everyone who is eager to learn, connect, and be inspired. Our conference is designed to empower people across all industries, career levels, and backgrounds. Whether you're looking to grow your leadership skills, expand your network, or gain fresh insights, you'll find valuable takeaways at our event.

What if I want to buy multiple tickets for my team but don’t yet know who will attend?

If you’re unsure who will be assigned to each ticket, you can temporarily enter placeholder names and unique emails (the system won’t accept duplicates). Be sure to update the assignments with the correct information by April 22nd. 

What do I wear and bring?

The conference is a business casual event and we encourage you to dress comfortably. Please note that the Expo Marketplace and lunch will be outdoors, so plan accordingly: wear layers, bring sunscreen, and consider a sunhat. You may even want to pack a portable phone charging bank to get you through the day.
 

Is lunch included?

Yes, lunch will be provided with your ticket purchase. 

Are accommodations available for special needs or dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. PBWC is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience for all attendees. If you have any specific needs related to a disability or dietary restrictions, please email us at pbwc@e2k.com at least two weeks prior to the Conference. We’re here to ensure your experience is comfortable and enjoyable.

I am no longer able to attend the conference. May I have a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable on or before April 22, 2025. Simply click on the Modify button to make all changes to your conference registration. Each ticket also comes with access to watch conference speakers on-demand for a limited time following the event.

I am registering for a large group, but do not have all of my guests' names at this time. Is it still possible to register?

First and last names, as well as unique email addresses are required for registration for all attendees.  You are welcome to add to your group at any time by clicking on the Modify button from your confirmation email and following the prompts to add group members.  
 

How do I modify my registration or my guest’s registration?

Please click on the Modify button in your confirmation email and follow the prompts to make your changes.  If you have misplaced your email, please contact pbwc@e2k.com.

I would like to submit an application to be a speaker at the conference. Who do I send it to?

Thank you for your interest in becoming a PBWC speaker. Please apply for speaking opportunities on our website here. We do review each submission.

My organization is interested in exhibiting in the Expo Marketplace. How do I apply?

My organization is a PBWC sponsor. Do I receive a discount on conference tickets?

If you think you may be eligible for a discount on conference tickets with your employer’s sponsorship, please contact info@pbwc.org.
